Testimonials

“Spent the loveliest two hours here doing an introduction to yoga. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Sian is wonderful, so welcoming and knowledgeable. Lovely relaxing space that feels very inviting. Go give it a try. You’ll love it. I will definitely be going back.”

“I love my yoga practice with Sian. The studio has such a warming cosy feel to it and her style of teaching is wonderful. There is no pressure to tangle yourself up in poses that your body just can’t do! Her mantra of ‘your body, your practice’ allows me to give things a go but know it’s ok to adjust to suit me.”
Simmi H
Leamington Spa
“I’ve been attending Sian’s classes for over four years, starting with no experience. The studio is friendly, cosy and comfortable and Sian’s approach is to welcome all abilities and encourage you to take the class at the pace and skill level you feel comfortable with. I’ve certainly noticed that my fitness and well being are greatly improved. If new to yoga, or experienced, I thoroughly recommend it.”
