why we’re different

Small, friendly, inclusive.

We’re a calm, community minded studio, in North Leamington Spa led by Sian, an experienced teacher who cares about offering inclusive classes for all. Here you’ll find a welcoming, environment and practices that suit your body and settle your mind. A place where you feel seen.

We offer yoga classes and workshops, with a sprinkling of Pilates and the odd mindful craft session – and anything else we think will make you feel good and give you the opportunity to connect to yourselves for a bit. Classes are affordable and are offered on a termly basis (saving money on the standard class price) with some pay as you go spaces. No monthly fees or membership required.

Yoga teacher & Studio boss

Sian Gulliver

Sian completed her teaching diploma through Triyoga’s 350 hour course (RYT200 BWY and Yoga Alliance accredited.) Since then she’s gone on to complete specialist trainings in Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga and Chair and Accessible Yoga. She is utterly passionate about offering inclusive classes that are welcoming. She teaches mindfully and carefully a range of yoga styles.

Group classes

You’ll find a weekly timetable of yoga and Pilates classes to suit different abilities and different needs.

Your yoga practice will depend on your mood, your body and what you feel like that day. Our classes are not a one size fits all deal. We teach to the students in front of us. Do ask us if you are not sure what you would like.

Workshops & Monthly Events

From yoga philosophy to yoga asana (poses) – as well as pranayama (breathwork) and wellness workshops. Designed to help you go a little deeper into your practice.

We also host monthly sound baths, family yoga and meditation sessions, with guest teachers coming in regularly to provide different skills you can learn and add to your wellness tool kit.

Retreats

Need a little more you time? Immerse yourself in a yoga retreat. We offer day retreats as well as the occasional weekend residential.

Do you struggle to get to group classes or find they make you anxious? Are you a beginner looking to build confidence and knowledge? We are trailing a new slot beginning next week with new teacher to the studio  @pilates_with_cecile who qualified last year to level 3 in Pilates. She’s been teaching locally and is looking to grow her classes so we are really pleased to welcome her to the space.  We think you will love her! 

Cecile told us: “ I discovered Pilates seven years ago during my recovery from a back injury. What started as a method to strengthen my core and support my lower back turned into a deep and lasting love for the practice.

Pilates, for me, is more than just exercise—it’s a way to move, to live, to feel, and to exist. When practiced with intention and precision, it has the power to heal the body and enhance everything else we do in our daily lives.

Teaching Pilates brings me immense joy and fulfillment. There’s something truly special about helping others progress on their journey, witnessing their growth, and sharing in the moments when they reconnect with their bodies and inner strength. I believe we all have the power to make our lives better—Pilates is one of those choices for me.”

The class is priced at a special trial rate - pay as you go £9 per class (usually £12.50) or book all four classes for £32 (t’s & c’s pls check the booking info when you select your class).

  • Beginners & Beyond Wednesday 6pm 

A space has opened in this class - and can be booked as a block or as a pay as you go. 

Beginners & Beyond is essentially a slower paced Hatha yoga class incorporating the fundamental principles of yoga.  We focus on how to breathe properly and the alignment of the poses. Sometimes we incorporate flowing movements but always at a digestible pace with options to suit where you are in your practice that day.

Join @charlottekershawmindfulness this Friday for her monthly evening Mindfulness & Relaxation fixture. 

The longer session allows time to experience a variety of meditation techniques, journaling and connection. And it’s perfect for those who are experienced or curious about exploring this area of wellness as you’ll be gently guided by Charlotte. 

It’s the Friday evening end to the week that you will thank yourselves for. Booking link via the bio or send us a message for info. 

Charlotte is also here the last Sunday morning of the month too.

Join @isilerinmez at 8:30am for an Anusura inspired yoga flow. 

Heart opening (expansion of the chest and shoulders, which can improve breathing and blood flow plus emotionally & spiritually we’ll cultivate compassion, love, and openness)
Pranayama - (controlled breath practices)
Use of props and alignment principles to support the body
Slow Flowing yoga asana (poses) 
Meditation to finish

This class will be a nourishing way to start your Saturday - with a beautiful balance of movement, breath and meditation so you’ll leave feeling whole and centred.

Pay as you go rate £12.50 - or book the block for £42.

Isil’s class is a new addition to Saturday mornings to add more choice to our schedule.  Melissa’s popular 10am vinyasa flow will run as normal.
