Body as Home: A Restorative Immersion

Led by Anna Ashby

This Restorative immersion explores embodied presence and physical sensation as vital means to experience connection. It includes gentle movement and somatic practice to release tension and free the breath while drawing upon the power of Restorative Yoga to nourish and re-balance. The practice culminates in a guided meditation that centres, calms and grounds.

Body as Home points us back to the lived experience of balance that sustains and supports while enabling new ways of knowing and being in the world.

For all levels.

Dates:

Sunday 16 November 11:00 – 13:00 – waitlist only. Please send us a message to join.
