Workshops & Events

Here is where you’ll find the extra activities at the studio, aside from our regular group classes.

From workshops covering yoga philosophy to yoga asana (the poses) – as well as breath work and wellness workshops. These events are designed to help you go a little deeper into your practice.

We also host monthly sound baths, family yoga and meditation sessions, with guest teachers coming in regularly to provide different skills you can learn and add to your wellness tool kit. You’ll also find anything else here that we think will make you feel good and connect to yourself for a bit. As that’s what it’s all about.

And it there is something you think we need, please let us know – and we will do our best!

Restorative Yoga – 90 minutes

Led by Sian Gulliver Yoga

Sunday Restorative – the gentlest, kindest way, to help your body and mind reduce stress and re-balance. Restorative Yoga is a practice for everyone. Whether you have a strong practice or whether you are a beginner – finding time to slow down will help you find balance.

Family Yoga

Led by Béa Ware (Wholesome Hedgehog).

Family Yoga is an informal and relaxed session where you can move at your own pace and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively.

This is a shorter session (30 minutes), which may be particularly suited to younger children from 2-5 years (minimum age 2). And an hour long session which is suitable for children from 4 years up to around age 10.

Sound Bath & Meditation

Led by Gill Treanor Holistic Healing

Combining crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments to bathe you in sound. Taking you on a gentle relaxing journey with meditation and sounds to calm your mind and nervous system. Feel more centred, grounded and rebalanced, ready to face the coming week.

Mindfulness and relaxation

Led by Charlotte, Warwickshire Mindfulness

An extended session to practice meditation, relaxing breathwork & relaxation techniques!

You’ll be snuggled, cosy and really just have the opportunity to leave the world behind for the evening as we all take a break together.

HeartMath – 90 minutes

Connect to you heart and transform your stress with Harriet this Spring.

Practice powerful breathwork. Learn emotional regulation techniques. Discover the power of a heart centred community.
