Restorative Yoga – Monthly

Your Sunday soother – 90 minutes of restorative yoga. We’ll journey into deep rest together, so you can replenish and restore your equilibrium before you venture into the coming week.

Summer Social

A laid back summer vibe. Celebrating five years of Little Light. Exclusive use of the lido and grounds for two hours – to relax and enjoy.
Optional Yoga to begin to stretch, unwind and tune in before a private swim in the serene heated outdoor pool under the watch of majestic old trees that provide plenty of shade. Or just enjoy the grounds and sun loungers and a quick dip. Oh, and there is cake.
Places are reserved for clients and their guests so is password protected. Message Sian if you need the code.

Mindfulness & Relaxation
Led by Charlottte Kershaw
Practice meditation, breath work & relaxation techniques with Charlotte in this informal and nurturing session. There is a longer Friday evening offering, on the second Friday of the month, and a shorter Sunday morning gathering the last Sunday of the month.

Summer Rest
Led by Sian Gulliver
A luxuriously long Restorative Yoga class on a Sunday morning. This is an extended class to really honour bodies, minds and souls. Comfortable longer holds that promote nervous system health and bring you back into balance. This session will include a meditation. Limited space to allow individual space and attention.

The Canopy, Women’s Circle
Led by Kim, integrative counsellor & therapist
Join Kim at The Canopy. A warm, gentle, relaxed and supportive space where you can leave roles and responsibilities at the door and come together with like-minded women.
You’ll help create a circle and community where every voice matters, and where listening reminds us we are never truly alone.
If you’re looking for a sanctuary to tap into deeper parts of yourself, The Canopy offers a calm, intimate space to rest, share, and be held without judgement or advice.

Sound Bath & Meditation

Combining crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments to bathe you in sound. Taking you on a gentle relaxing journey with meditation and sounds to calm your mind and nervous system. Feel more centred, grounded and rebalanced, ready to face the coming week.

Family Yoga
Led by Béa – Wholesome Hedgehog
Family Yoga is an informal and relaxed session where you can move at your own pace and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively.
There is a shorter session (30 minutes), at 09:30 which may be particularly suited to younger children from 2-5 years (minimum age 2) and a later session at 10:30 which is recommended for 4 years+ (older pre-school through to primary-aged children up to 10yrs approx).
