Workshop – Inversions for Joy
Led by Sian
Spend two hours to discovering how to make the transition into inversions in an accessible, body positive way.
Learn ways (with no pressures to go into the “full” pose) into: shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and maybe even a restorative supported headstand (Salamba Sirsasana). This workshop will be a relaxed and supportive environment – with the focus on joy, exploration and how to, even if the ‘full extent’ of the pose is not achieved on the day. With lots of other more relaxed options offered throughout.
