Family Yoga

Led by Béa – Wholesome Hedgehog

Family Yoga is an informal and relaxed session where you can move at your own pace and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively.

There is a shorter session (30 minutes), at 09:30 which may be particularly suited to younger children from 2-5 years (minimum age 2) and a later session at 10:30 which is recommended for 4 years+ (older pre-school through to primary-aged children up to 10yrs approx).

Kundalini Workshop

Led by Samantha Bowers

Combining breath work, mantra, movement and sound. Enjoy deepening your practice with Samantha. Over two hours, together you’ll explore Kundalini yoga as a tool to tune into the ability we all have to calm and soothe our own bodies.

Samantha will guide you to move and connect with your breath, inviting you to pause and listen to your body, noticing what feels good, and observing what comes up for you.

This workshop is suitable for all, you’ll be encouraged to explore your range of movement. Start from where you are and work from there.

Your sunday soother – 90 minutes of restorative yoga. We’ll journey into deep rest together, so you can replenish and restore your equilibrium before you venture into the coming week.

Weekend Wind Down

Led by Sian Gulliver

Start with a slow flowing yoga practice that gently revives tired bodies, stretching out the week from our muscles, joints and minds. Then we’ll come down onto our mats for some yin and/or restorative poses and a meditation to enable the mind to settle. You’ll have your mood lifted, your body soothed and regenerated, and leave with a balanced spring in your step before the weekend. Restored!

Mindfulness & Relaxation

Led by Charlottte Kershaw

Practice meditation, breath work & relaxation techniques with Charlotte in this informal and nurturing session. There is a longer Friday evening offering, on the second Friday of the month, and a shorter Sunday morning gathering the last Sunday of the month.

The Canopy, Women’s Circle

Led by Kim, integrative counsellor & therapist

Join Kim at The Canopy. A warm, gentle, relaxed and supportive space where you can leave roles and responsibilities at the door and come together with like-minded women.

You’ll help create a circle and community where every voice matters, and where listening reminds us we are never truly alone. 

If you’re looking for a sanctuary to tap into deeper parts of yourself, The Canopy offers a calm, intimate space to rest, share, and be held without judgement or advice.

Sound Bath & Meditation

Led by Gill Treanor Holistic Healing

Combining crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments to bathe you in sound. Taking you on a gentle relaxing journey with meditation and sounds to calm your mind and nervous system. Feel more centred, grounded and rebalanced, ready to face the coming week.
